Buyers squint at a JPEG; agents pay for media that cannot answer “how does the kitchen open to the living room?”
SEVN Spaces turns a reviewed plan into deterministic geometry: walls extrude, rooms become selectable, a guided route is approved by the agent, and the whole thing publishes as a property microsite.

Real in this build
- Geometry is built deterministically from a structured layout: the same data drives the plan and the 3D model.
- Rooms, labels and a guided route are interactive in the browser, on desktop and touch.
- The property microsite and its enquiry form are complete pages.
Simulated or saved
- Plan extraction is a saved, reviewed sample; arbitrary uploads are not parsed in this build.
- Listing copy is a saved example grounded in approved facts.
- Publishing creates a demo link only; inspection enquiries go to the demo outbox.
Limits
- Single-storey plans only; stairs and multi-level layouts need further geometry validation.
- No exterior/roof fidelity without elevation data. Video export is not promised in every browser.
