SEVN Reviews is a done-with-you pilot. Every reply is approved by a person before it is sent.
Founding offer for the first 10 clients: $200 setup, then $99 a month. After that: $500 setup, then $150 a month. All plans have a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged, because SEVN Works isn’t GST-registered. Not currently offered to health clinics.

SEVN Reviews reads each review, drafts a reply a person approves, and asks every finished guest the same way: no star gate and nothing in return. The trend is arithmetic on the reviews already in hand. It does not promise the rating will change.

What this build does,
and what it doesn’t.
Real in this build
- Reply, request and post checks are deterministic and block incentives, rating gates and public offers.
- The rolling average, star mix and reviews-to-target figure are calculated from the sample, not generated.
- Every ready guest is included. Only a person can hold someone back, and only for a listed reason.
Simulated or saved
- Replies, review requests and Business Profile posts go to the demo outbox. Google, SMS and email are not contacted.
- Drafts are rule-based and labelled. They are not a live model call.
Limits
- No promise that replies or requests will raise a rating.
- A production Google connection needs the business’s own verified profile and API access.
- Health practices must not confirm someone was a patient in a public reply or a request.
Use it,
don’t just read it.
The demo workspace runs on fictional data with simulated external actions. No login. It resets to its sample baseline daily at 03:00 Sydney time.
