Websites, workflows,
and the joins between them.

SEVNworks supplies three things, usually together: a public website worth visiting, the AI workflow that does the work behind it, and the integration that connects both to what you already run.

Website design
and build.

Public websites with a point of view: art-directed, fast, accessible, and written in your customers’ language. Complete pages and working enquiry journeys, not a hero section and a contact form.

Seen in: SEVN Spaces · SEVN Table · SEVN Forge

What’s included

  • Art direction: typography, palette, imagery and motion language
  • Information architecture and every page written
  • Responsive build tested at phone width, keyboard and screen reader
  • Enquiry, booking or brief journeys that capture structured data
  • Performance and SEO foundations: indexable content, fast first paint
  • Interactive moments where they explain something — a plan, a menu, a comparison

AI workflows
with review built in.

Workflows that read enquiries, documents and drawings, extract what matters with the evidence beside it, and hand a person a clear decision. Missing information stays missing. Totals come from code.

Seen in: SEVN Flow · SEVN Forge · SEVN Table

What’s included

  • Workflow mapping: inputs, decisions, outputs and who approves
  • Structured extraction with source evidence and confidence review
  • Drafting grounded in approved facts — quotes, briefs, summaries, replies
  • Deterministic calculation for prices, quantities, geometry and indices
  • Review queues, approval states and an audit trail
  • Saved examples and simulated actions for safe demonstration

Integration
without replatforming.

Connecting the website and workflow to the systems you already run, through narrow adapters with clear contracts. Your existing platform stays authoritative; nothing is migrated for the sake of tidiness.

Seen in: SEVN Flow

What’s included

  • Adapter contracts between new workflows and existing systems
  • Server-side handling of every credential and model call
  • Sandboxed or simulated external actions until you approve them live
  • Usage limits, budgets and failure states that are visible, not silent
  • Separation of real enquiries from demo or test data
  • Documentation your team, or another developer, can work from

No invented numbers.

You won’t find delivery times, return-on-investment figures or performance claims on this site, because we haven’t measured them for your business. Timelines and costs are set per project, after we’ve seen your systems and agreed a scope.

Our products are interactive concepts on fictional data. When something is a saved example, a simulation or a preview, it is labelled that way, in our demos and in what we build for you.

See the five-stage delivery approach

Five stages.
Nothing promised that isn’t built.

How SEVNworks takes a website or workflow from conversation to something your team operates. Open a stage for its deliverables and an example integration boundary. Timelines are set per project, after we’ve seen your systems.

  1. Stage 1DiscoverWe map the journey your customers take and the work your team repeats: the enquiries, documents and decisions that eat the week.

    Deliverables

    • Journey and workflow map
    • Inventory of existing tools, data and constraints
    • A shortlist of workflows worth automating, and ones that are not

    Integration boundary

We read what exists before proposing anything new. An existing product, like Tradie Trust behind SEVN Flow, keeps its backend.

  2. Stage 2PrototypeA clickable website and workflow on realistic sample data, so decisions are made on something you can use, not a slide.

    Deliverables

    • Interactive website prototype
    • Workflow prototype with saved example outputs
    • Review states: evidence, missing fields, approvals

    Integration boundary

Prototype outputs are labelled saved examples. No paid model calls from public pages.

  3. Stage 3IntegrateThe prototype is connected to your real systems through narrow, documented boundaries: adapters, not rewrites.

    Deliverables

    • Adapter contracts and server-side integration
    • Schema validation for every AI output
    • Simulated or sandboxed external actions until approved

    Integration boundary

Example: getCapabilities, submitScenario and executeDemoAction are the only operations SEVN Flow’s adapter exposes.

  4. Stage 4ValidateWe test the failure paths as hard as the happy path: missing data, conflicts, stale versions, low-end phones and keyboard-only use.

    Deliverables

    • Boundary and failure-path test checklist
    • Accessibility and mobile review
    • Performance targets checked on representative devices

    Integration boundary

Totals, geometry and index maths are deterministic code with tests, never generated text.

  5. Stage 5OperateLaunch with the controls to run it: quotas, budgets, audit trails, resets and a clear record of what the AI produced and who approved it.

    Deliverables

    • Usage and budget controls
    • Audit trail of review decisions
    • Handover documentation and support plan

    Integration boundary

Real enquiries are stored separately from demo data and survive every reset.

Common
questions.

What does SEVNworks do?

SEVNworks is a studio in Sydney. We design and build websites, the AI workflows that do the work behind them, and the integrations that connect both to the systems a business already uses. A person reviews AI output before anything is sent, saved or charged.

Who do you work with?

Small and growing businesses, especially in trades, real estate, allied health, joinery and renovation, fabrication and hospitality. We’re based in Sydney, our product concepts were researched with businesses in Western Sydney (Penrith, St Marys, St Clair and Blacktown), and we work with businesses across Australia.

How much does it cost?

Describe what’s getting in the way on our homepage and you get a draft plan for free. A reviewed plan costs A$99 and an expert plan starts at A$299, and you only pay if you accept the plan. Website and workflow projects are quoted per project, after we’ve seen your systems and agreed a scope.

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

No. We connect to what you already run, such as job management, a CRM, accounting or bookings, wherever the provider’s API and terms allow it.

How do you stop AI from making mistakes?

Every extracted fact shows the words or drawing region it came from, missing information stays visibly missing instead of being guessed, and prices and quantities are calculated by tested code, not a language model. A person approves each action before it happens.

Are the businesses in your product demos real?

No. Cobalt Home Services, Harlow & Reed, SEVN Vital, Oak & Ember Joinery, Ironbark Fabrication and Saltbush & Lime are fictional businesses we created to show each product working. Their data is fictional and resets every day.

How do I get started?

Describe the problem on our homepage to get a draft plan, send a project brief, or email hello@sevnworks.com.
