Real in this build
- Clicking an extracted requirement locates its evidence region on the drawing.
- Estimate arithmetic is deterministic: quantity, rates, setup, margin and rounding reconcile.
- Markup and gross margin are labelled and calculated with their different formulas.
Simulated or saved
- Extraction is a saved example over fictional drawing packs, generated offline.
- Sending the quote is simulated; no binding commercial quote is produced.
Limits
- No arbitrary CAD parsing or manufacturability assessment.
- Production pricing needs the business’s own validated rate card and rules.
