The material library.
What we like working with, and what each one is like to live with. Swatches are illustrations; we always bring real samples to your home.

Swap finishes and the illustration redraws instantly. It is the same parametric renderer we use for concept projects: useful for direction, not a substitute for seeing real samples.

Timber
Mostly oak and Australian hardwoods, finished with hardwax oils or low-sheen lacquers. Timber moves and mellows, and we design for that rather than against it.
Stone
Natural stone is porous and alive: it etches, patinas and softens with use. Engineered surfaces are tougher and more uniform. We will explain the trade-offs honestly for your household.
Tile
From hand-cut zellige to large-format porcelain. Smaller, handmade tiles give life and movement; larger formats mean fewer grout lines and calmer walls.
Paint & finishes
Joinery colours are sprayed in a satin two-pack finish in the workshop. Walls are finished in limewash or low-sheen paint.
Hardware & metals
The pulls, hinges and tapware you touch hundreds of times a day. Unlacquered finishes darken and develop character; coated finishes stay as they are.
Lighting changes everything
Linen drum pendant, Opal glass globe, Rattan dome pendant, Smoked glass bell. We choose fittings with the room's evening use in mind, not just its daytime look.
