1. About these terms

SEVNworks is the brand of SEVN Works Pty Ltd, an Australian company (“SEVNworks”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply when you use our website, the Studio planner, the SEVN product demos, or our plans and services.

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you confirm that you can agree to these terms for that business.

If we agree a written scope or contract with you for a project, it applies to that project. Where it differs from these terms, the written scope or contract wins.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. What we provide

• Websites and AI workflows. We design websites and build the AI workflows behind them, under a scope we agree with you.
• The Studio planner. A tool on our homepage that drafts a plan from your description of a business problem. It is open to invited businesses that have an access code.
• Reviewed and expert plans. Plans finished or written by a SEVNworks expert, priced as set out in section 3.
• Product concepts and demos. Six concept websites (SEVN Flow, Spaces, Vital, Design, Forge and Table), each with a demo workspace, and public demo tools that AI agents can connect to. They show how our work can look and behave.

A plan is a plan. Creating one does not build or publish anything, send messages to your customers, or commit you or us to more work.

3. Plans and pricing

We charge for results, not time. We do not bill by the hour, and no work is charged unless you accept it.

3.1 Draft plan

The draft plan is free. Nothing is charged for it.

3.2 Reviewed plan and expert plan

• Prices shown are “from” prices. The website shows a starting price for each paid plan, in Australian dollars.
• We agree the quote on a call. Before any paid work starts, we talk with you and the person who makes the decision. Then we send you a quote with the final price, the agreed scope, a “done when” list, and the number of rounds of changes before a check-in call.
• Work starts only when you approve the quote. If you decline the quote, nothing is due.
• Changes. When the plan is ready, you can ask for changes against the “done when” list, up to the agreed number of rounds. If you need more, we talk on a short check-in call and agree what happens next.
• Accept or decline. The quoted price is due only when you accept the finished plan. If you decline it, nothing is due.

3.3 Invoices and payment

We do not take payment on the website. When you accept a paid plan, we send you an invoice for the agreed price. Please pay it by the due date on the invoice. Our quote and invoice will show whether GST applies.

3.4 Building what the plan describes

Building a website or workflow is separate work. We will agree its scope, price and timing with you in writing before we start.

4. AI-generated output

The planner uses AI to draft and check plans. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds sure.

• A free draft plan is prepared and checked by AI only. A person does not review it before you see it.
• A reviewed plan is checked, edited and approved by a SEVNworks expert. An expert plan is written by an expert.
• The readiness score is an AI assessment of the plan. It is not a promise that the plan will work.
• Plans are general business planning. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering or other professional advice. Get professional advice where you need it.
• You decide whether and how to act on a plan. Check it against what you know about your business.

5. The demos are fictional

The demo workspaces and concept websites use fictional businesses, people, properties, menus, prices and health data. Actions in them, such as emails, bookings and payments, are simulated. Nothing is sent. In particular:

• SEVN Vital is not a clinical tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
• SEVN Forge quotes are examples. They are not engineering sign-off, and they are not offers to make anything.
• SEVN Table gives no allergy or dietary safety assurance. Always confirm allergies directly with the kitchen.
• SEVN Spaces and SEVN Design show sample properties, plans and budgets. They are not property advice, valuations or building quotes.

Please do not enter real personal, health or customer information into a demo.

6. Your responsibilities

When you use our website and services, you agree to:

• give us information that is accurate, as far as you know
• share information about other people, such as your customers or staff, only when you are allowed to
• keep your access code within your business
• tell us promptly if something in a plan or quote looks wrong

You must not:

• use our services for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading
• try to get around the access code, usage limits or other safeguards, or try to see anyone else’s plans
• overload, probe or disrupt our website, planner or demo tools, including with automated tools beyond normal use
• try to make the AI ignore its instructions, reveal them or behave unsafely
• send us malicious code
• copy or resell our website, demos or plans as your own service

Please do not put passwords, access keys or sensitive information, such as health information, into the planner or our forms.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 What you give us

You keep ownership of what you give us, such as your descriptions, answers, documents and branding. You let us use it to provide our services to you.

7.2 Plans and deliverables

• Draft plan: you may use your free draft plan for your own business.
• Paid plans and project work: once you have paid in full, you own the plan and the deliverables we made specifically for you, to the extent intellectual property rights exist in them.
• Declined plans: if you decline a paid plan, nothing is due and the plan stays ours. You can keep the copy we sent you for your records, but please do not use it to carry out the work.

7.3 Our tools and know-how

We keep ownership of everything we had before working with you, or create separately. This includes the SEVN products, the planner, our templates, code, methods and know-how. Where any of it forms part of a deliverable you have paid for, we give you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it as part of that deliverable.

We may reuse general skills and ideas we learn along the way, but never your confidential information. We will not show your plan or project in our portfolio without your permission.

Everything else on our website, including its text, design, images, and the SEVN name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors.

8. Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business, and your plans, as confidential. We use it only to provide our services. We share it only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, with our professional advisers, or when the law requires.

Please treat our quotes, and any material we send you that is not public, as confidential too.

This does not cover information that is already public, or that either of us already had or received lawfully from someone else.

9. Third-party services

Our services rely on providers such as Netlify, OpenAI, Resend and Notion. Links on our website may take you to other websites. If you book a call, you use our booking service. These services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability, but this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When we build a website or workflow that connects to your existing tools, those tools stay under your accounts and their own terms.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, services must be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude.

If our services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, and the law allows it, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

11. Limits on our liability

These limits apply only as far as the law allows.

• We provide the website, the free draft plan and the demos “as is”. We take care with them, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors.
• Neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect loss.
• Our total liability to you for a paid plan or project is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan or project. For free services, such as the draft plan and the demos, it is limited to AUD 100.
• These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to loss caused by fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Ending or suspending use

You can stop using our website and services at any time. If you decline a quote or a finished plan, nothing is due.

We may suspend or end your access to the planner if you break these terms, or to protect our services or other users. We may also change or stop offering the planner, the demos or any free service. If we stop work on a paid plan you have approved, nothing is due for it unless you accept what we deliver.

Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, confidentiality and liability, continue after you stop using our services.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.

If there is a dispute, please talk to us first. We will try to resolve it in good faith.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. A change does not affect a quote you have already approved or a plan you have already accepted. If you keep using our website or services after a change, the new terms apply to that use.
