The house
About.
Linden & Rye is a SEVNworks concept: a Castle Hill pub and bistro used to show a review practice. The people named here are not real staff.
Mara Ellison, licensee.
Mara’s name is on the replies. Priya, Tom, Jonah and Elena are the first names that turn up in sample reviews, so the draft can pass thanks to the person who was on the floor.
The building, the lane and the licence are invented. There is no ABN and no real booking book.
Reviews, asked the same way.
Every finished visit can be asked. A quiet night is not a reason to skip someone, and a complaint is not a reason either. Only a person can hold a guest back, and they have to pick a reason: opted out, the visit isn’t finished, or the contact is wrong.
The card on the table opens one page. That page does not ask “how many stars?” before Google. It also offers nothing in return.
What the workspace does
- Reads a sample review and drafts a reply.
- Blocks a reply that argues, offers a public discount, or leaks a phone number.
- Asks every ready guest, by simulated SMS or email.
- Shows the rolling average, and the arithmetic for “how many 5★ reviews to reach 4.2”. That sum is not a promise.
- Drafts the weekly Business Profile post from What’s on.
SEVN Flow still has its own reviews tab for the trades and clinic samples. This product is the hospitality, beauty and clinic workspace.
