Jobs we handle

  • Hot water repairs & replacement

Electric, gas and continuous-flow systems. No hot water, leaking tanks, tripping elements and relief valves that won’t stop dripping.

  • Leaks & burst pipes

Dripping taps, weeping joints, burst flexi hoses and pipes in walls: found, isolated and fixed.

  • Blocked drains & toilets

Slow sinks, overflowing toilets, gurgling floor wastes and outdoor drains. We clear it and show you what caused it.

  • Gas fitting

Cooktops, gas bayonets and heaters connected and checked. Smell gas? Leave the house and call your gas distributor’s emergency line first.

  • Taps, toilets & fixtures

Mixers, cisterns, shower heads and the small jobs that pile up, worth bundling into one visit.

Not something we do: New builds and commercial plumbing. We work in homes only.

What a visit looks like

Same four steps, every trade, every time.

  1. Step 1

    Arrival window

A two-hour window by text, then a heads-up when the tradesperson is on the way.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose, then price

We find the cause and give you the price. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. Step 3

    Fix and tidy

Drop sheets down, mess cleaned up, old parts taken away unless you want them.

  4. Step 4

    Photos and summary

What we found, what we did and anything to watch, sent the same day.

Good to know

Other trades

Should I turn the water off?

If water is going somewhere it shouldn’t, yes. The main stopcock is usually near the water meter at the front boundary. Tell us when you message so we know it’s contained.

Repair or replace my hot water system?

If the tank itself is leaking, it’s replacement. Most other faults (elements, thermostats, valves) are repairable. We’ll show you which it is before you decide.
