Cool rooms before the next 40-degree day.

Split system and ducted repairs, new split system installs and pre-summer servicing, with our own electrician handling the circuit, so there’s no second trade to chase.

Jobs we handle

  • Air-conditioning repairs

Split systems and ducted units blowing warm, leaking water inside, icing up or flashing error codes.

  • Air-conditioning installation

Split systems sized to the room and mounted neatly, with the electrical side done by our own electrician.

  • Air-conditioning servicing

Filter and coil cleans, drain checks and a full run test before summer, so the first hot day isn’t when you find out.

Not something we do: Commercial rooftop and cool-room refrigeration.

What a visit looks like

Same four steps, every trade, every time.

  1. Step 1

    Arrival window

A two-hour window by text, then a heads-up when the tradesperson is on the way.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose, then price

We find the cause and give you the price. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. Step 3

    Fix and tidy

Drop sheets down, mess cleaned up, old parts taken away unless you want them.

  4. Step 4

    Photos and summary

What we found, what we did and anything to watch, sent the same day.

Good to know

Other trades

Why is my split system blowing warm air?

Check it’s on “cool” not “auto”, and that the filters aren’t clogged. If it’s still warm, it’s often a refrigerant or outdoor-unit fault, so book a repair.

How often should I get it serviced?

Once a year, ideally in spring. Clean filters every few weeks in summer yourself. It makes a real difference.
