How planning works.
What do I get?
Describe the change you want. AI prepares a solution brief, maps the proposed steps, and checks the plan. Open the interactive plan to explore who does what, the inputs and outputs, dependencies, assumptions and open questions. You can also download the brief.
What does the score mean?
The score out of 10 describes plan readiness across clarity, fit, feasibility, evidence and risk. Open the assessment to see the reasons. It is an AI assessment of the plan, not a guarantee of business success. If important context is missing, answer the follow-up questions to help improve it.
Can I work with a person?
Yes. Contact our team to request expert review or a fully human process. We’ll agree the scope and cost before that work begins.
Does creating a plan start the work?
This workspace prepares a plan and drafts. It does not publish changes, send customer messages, book services or make business commitments. Building and carrying out the solution requires a separately agreed scope.
What will it cost?
Review the preparation quote and its scope before approving AI work. Commercial pricing and live payments need configuration; illustrative figures are labelled in the workspace. Implementation and any additional human work are scoped separately.
Your data & AI.
When you approve AI preparation, the problem you describe and your answers are sent to OpenAI to prepare and review the plan. Relevant results from configured connected services may also be included.
The workspace saves your request, generated plan, progress and usage records so you can return to the work. A session cookie controls access, and your browser remembers the current plan reference for the session. After you submit a project enquiry, this browser tab also keeps a copy of the brief for the confirmation page.
If you give your email, we send you a copy of your plan and keep the address with it. Your email is not sent to the AI provider, and a person from SEVNworks only follows up if you tick the box. Share only the context needed for your plan. Avoid passwords, access keys or unnecessary personal information. The example plan uses fictional data; it is separate from a plan prepared from your own request.
